WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you are pleased with your Lilypods clothes, however, if in the unfortunate situation your item/s are faulty please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will replace the items at our cost. 

Most of our items are made to order, it is not our policy to accept exchanges. However,  we may exchange at our discretion and if the item is commonplace and may sell again we may be happy to accept it.  In this instance, the buyer must pay the additional postage costs. Replacement items are subject to the same 2-4 -week turnaround period as standard orders and are subject to fabric stock.

Please allow 3-5 working days for UK delivery unless the item is custom made which will take up to 14 -28 days.


POSTAGE

In order for us to send out a fabulous package containing one or more of our items, we charge the following to cover packaging and postage:

UK: £3.00 for 2nd class postage

Spend over £50.00 and get free U.K. delivery.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Wash on a 30 degrees machine wash inside out with similar colours. Do not dry clean. Do not bleach. We do not recommend tumble drying. Warm iron wrong side if needed.
