Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for purchasing Lilypods clothes, if in the unfortunate situation your item/s are faulty please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will replace the items at our cost. Most of our items are made to order, it is not our policy to accept exchanges. However,  we may exchange at our discretion and if the item is commonplace and may sell again we may be happy to accept it.  In this instance, the buyer must pay the additional postage costs. Replacement items are subject to the same 2- 4week turnaround period as standard orders and are subject to fabric stock.
